The laboratory of LLC "NEFTGAZKIPAVTOMATIKA" is accredited by the Agency "Uzstandard" as a laboratory for non-destructive testing and permission from the SE "Sanoatkongeotehnazorat".


Designed to detect defects in semi-finished products and welded joints, to measure the depth and coordinates of their occurrence, thickness, propagation velocity and attenuation of ultrasonic vibrations in the material. Ultrasonic thickness metering is designed to control the walls of vessels, pipes, boilers and other products in the range from 0.5 to 300 mm.


X-ray - and gamma-ray pamir 300 agraphia is a method of obtaining an image of an object (product) on an X-ray film or screen, which is transmitted by X-ray or gamma radiation. It is based on the ability of X-ray and gamma radiation to pass through opaque objects, including metals, and to act on X-ray film and some chemical elements, due to which the latter fluoresce (glow).

At the same time, defects that occur during welding in the body of the product and most often have the character of voids (lack of penetration, cracks, cavities, pores, etc.) on the X-ray film (on X-ray diffraction patterns) have the form of spots (cavities, pores) or stripes (lack of penetration) ...


This is one of the methods of optical non-destructive testing. It is based on obtaining primary information about the controlled object during visual observation or with the help of optical instruments and measuring instruments. This is an organoleptic control, i.e. perceived by the senses (organs of sight).


Capillary flaw detection is designed to detect surface and through defects in base materials and welded joints with an opening width of at least 1 micron.


The leak detection method is a type of non-destructive testing that provides the detection of through defects in products and structures, based on the penetration of penetrating substances through such defects. Leaks are called a channel or a porous section of a partition that violates its tightness, that is, leaks are through and porous. Often the term "leak detection" is replaced by the term "tightness control". All vessels, apparatuses and pipelines of the petrochemical industry intended for storage, processing and transportation of liquid and gaseous substances are subject to strength and tightness tests.
